Practical space

This page is distinct from the complaint procedure (damaged product, error, non-conformity). The full contractual framework is set out in the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Chapter 01

Principle

Where a right of withdrawal legally applies to your order, PHL provides you with a dedicated feature allowing you to exercise it easily, online, free of charge and without having to justify your request.

This right is exercised under the conditions and within the timeframes provided for by the regulations applicable to your order.

Chapter 02

Scope of application

Certain categories of goods may, due to their nature, their storage conditions or, where the legal conditions are met, their unsealing after delivery, be subject to an exception to the right of withdrawal.

Where such an exception applies to the reference ordered, this information is brought to your attention before the order is concluded, on the product page and during the final summary.

Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Sale does not, on its own, entail any waiver of the right of withdrawal where it is legally available to you.

Chapter 03

Withdrawal form

No justification is required from you. The information collected is used solely to identify the order concerned and to record your request.

Chapter 04

After your request

Once your request has been received, it is examined within the applicable provisions. A refund, where legally due, is made according to the terms provided for by the regulations and by the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

In accordance with the regulations, your liability may be engaged for any depreciation of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and, where relevant, their proper functioning.

No flat-rate depreciation amount is predefined. Each situation is examined individually within the applicable legal framework, without prejudice to your legal guarantees.

Chapter 05

Complaint or withdrawal?

These two paths are legally distinct:

  • Withdrawal — you cancel an order under the applicable legal right, without having to justify your request. Use the form above.
  • Complaint — you report an objective anomaly: damaged product, incorrect reference, missing quantity, non-conformity. Follow the procedure described in "Shipping, receipt, storage, returns and complaints".
