This policy explains the use of cookies and local storage on phl.bio, a website operated by PLC Optimization LLC. PHL takes a minimalist approach: only what is necessary for the website to work is stored by default.

These items are essential for the website to function and do not require prior consent.

• “phl.locale”: language preference (FR / EN / AR) to retain the selected language.
• “phl-cart-v1”: cart state, so the current selection is not lost while browsing.
• “phl-checkout-draft-v1”: order details entered during checkout, so they can be corrected without starting over.
• “phl-orders-v1”: local retention of the most recent order references and related details, so they can be tracked from the browser.
• “phl-order-seq-v1” and “phl-order-idem-v1”: technical mechanisms for reference generation and prevention of duplicate orders.
• “phl-order-token-<reference>”: technical token granting access to the corresponding order.
• “sb-<project>-auth-token”: customer account session, together with technical items ensuring the security and stability of the browsing session.
• “phl_analytics_optout”: privacy preference cookie, set only if you refuse audience measurement, for 13 months. It contains no identifier and is used exclusively to remember that refusal; it is not an audience-measurement cookie.

Analytics, advertising and social-media trackers are not necessary for the website to work. If they were to be enabled, they would only be set after consent has been obtained, with the ability to withdraw it at any time.

Verified current state: no third-party analytics tool (Google Analytics, Tag Manager), no advertising pixel (Meta, TikTok), no retargeting or profiling tracker is installed on phl.bio. No audience-measurement cookie is used. PHL carries out pseudonymised internal audience measurement in order to measure traffic and use of PHL.bio and to improve the website's navigation, content and performance from aggregated statistics. Data used: IP address processed temporarily, User-Agent, approximate country, device type and operating system, page viewed, source or referring site, any UTM parameters, product viewed and internal searches after personal data has been filtered out. The IP address may be processed temporarily during the request to produce a pseudonymous technical identifier, renewed every day; the raw IP address is not recorded in the audience data. Pseudonymised data is deleted no later than 48 hours after collection; only daily aggregated statistics, without any identifier, are kept for 13 months. This measurement is not used for advertising, involves no cross-site tracking and no sharing with third parties, and is never matched with orders or accounts. You can refuse it at any time on the “Audience measurement” page (phl.bio/mesure-audience); Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals are honoured automatically. Any third-party tool added later will be named here and made subject to consent before it goes live.

You can delete cookies and local storage at any time from your browser settings. Deleting strictly necessary storage may reset the language and empty the current cart.
