These general terms of use govern access to and use of the phl.bio website, published by PLC Optimization LLC under the brand PHL — Peptide Hormone Lab. Browsing the website constitutes acceptance of these terms.

The website is freely accessible for consultation. No continuous, permanent or error-free availability is guaranteed. Where reasonably necessary, PHL may maintain the website, correct errors, change its technical infrastructure, temporarily suspend a feature or update content, without prior notice where none is legally required.

These measures affect neither orders already concluded nor the customer's mandatory rights, which are governed by the general terms and conditions of sale.

The website is intended for an adult audience. Ordering features presuppose the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

The website has two areas. The public area — presentation, Academy, scientific content, publications, references, batch verification — is freely accessible without registration. The shop is a separate area with conditional access.

Access to the shop requires confirming, through a checkbox that is not pre-ticked, that you are 21 or older, together with an account linked to a valid email address. No identity document or full date of birth is requested.

Users are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for actions carried out from their account.

Before an order is confirmed, the user declares their field of activity from the categories offered and certifies that the declaration is accurate. Any false declaration intended to circumvent access or purchase conditions is a breach of PHL's terms.

Products identified as “Research Use Only — Not for Human Use” are not offered as medicines, treatments, or products intended for human administration or self-medication.

PHL's scientific or educational content is documentary and does not constitute a diagnosis, a prescription, medical advice, a therapeutic protocol or a recommendation for human use.

• Fraud, false identity or false declaration.
• Circumvention of the shop access conditions.
• Unauthorised access, hacking or any attack on the site's security.
• Abusive automated extraction of content (scraping).
• Impersonation of a person or capacity.
• Deliberate circumvention of the “Research Use Only” restrictions.

PHL may suspend or close an account, in particular in cases of fraud, false declaration, abuse, circumvention, malicious technical activity, regulatory risk or serious breach of these terms or of the terms of sale.

Data required to process orders or claims, or to comply with legal obligations, is not deleted automatically.

These terms govern use of the website. Any order is further governed by the terms of sale, which prevail on matters of sale, payment, delivery, returns and contractual liability.
